How do I place an order?

We are currently working on an online order system to make things a little simpler. For now, you can send us a message via our contact page or use the contact info provided above

When you order, include the following information:
Your full name, your colony (or address), your order (product, size, style, custom options, etc.)

How will my order be shipped?

If you are a Hutterite customer, or someone with a friend from a Hutterite community, our first option would be to send it to you via the amazing Hutterite Postal Service, free of charge. Arrangements can also be made for pickups. 

If that doesn’t work for you, we can using a shipping company,  and there would be an added shipping and handling charge added to your order.

If there's something wrong with my order, can I return or exchange it?

If the problem is a result of manufacturing defects or shipping defects, you may be covered under warranty.  See our Warranty & Returns page for more information. Contact us to find out if you qualify.

Not covered under warranty are: Normal wear and tear, misuse and accidental damage, natural events or acts of nature, quality and accuracy defects in images provided by the customer.


How can I pay?

You can use our online payment system to pay with a credit card or PayPal account. From our Canadian customers, we can also now accept Interac e-Transfers sent to orders@binspiredgifts.comWe also have various other payment options available. My clock doesn’t work!  What can I do?

Before you contact us, try a new, non-rechargeable brand-name battery (Duracell or Energizer work great). Try a second one, if possible. If your clock seems to be running slow, make sure the clock hands don’t touch at any time during their cycles. If needed, carefully bend them into alignment.

If all of this doesn’t work, check if your movement or clock hands are covered under warranty. If your clock is no longer covered under warranty, we can sell you a movement or clock hands at a reduced cost. Contact us for more information. 

What size of picture should I get for my wall?

A general rule-of-thumb for selecting picture size is to pick a size that will cover about 1/2 - 3/4 the width of the wall OR the furniture it is being placed over.

Pictures should be hung so that the center is eye level, or 6-12 inches from the top of the furniture.

If you send us a picture of your full wall, as well as the dimensions of the wall, we can do mockups for how the picture would look. 

Do you ever have sales?

So far, we've never had any sales on made-to-order items, except to get rid of old stock. 

Our alleluia, Sing! Songbook and Holidaybook are available at 20% discounts for orders of 100+. 

When can we expect new prints or products?

Since the latest catalog (Summer2022) was the result of a major update, we’ll probably refrain from offering new prints or home décor products for a while. We’ve got some new ideas brewing, though, so make sure you follow us on Instagram or Facebook for updates.

I want to print my own pictures. Do you share or sell your digital files?

Our policy has always been a firm no on this question. Copyrights make it illegal to sell or share the files with anyone else (this includes fonts and other graphics). There is also no way to ensure that the files won’t be distributed without our knowledge.

What are the biggest (and smallest) sizes you can print?

At the moment, we use the SureColor P9570 Wide-Format Inkjet Printer which prints 44” wide. Our paper comes on a roll, allowing us to print any length, within reason. There is no limit to the smallest size.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Books and CDs are shipped as soon as possible. Photo printing takes approximately 3-4 weeks and everything else takes approximately 6-8 weeks. Custom changes may require additional time. If you’re ordering with a specific deadline, make sure you order well ahead of time so we can ensure that you get it on time.

Orders may take a little longer towards the end of the year, as things get busier with Christmas orders. However, if you have your order in before the Christmas deadlines stated above, we guarantee that you'll have your order in time for Christmas.

Do you sell parts or supplies?

Our business is first and foremost a supplier and creator of Hutterite-made products. We do NOT sell any parts or supplies at this time. This includes items like raw wood, paint, mod podge, clock parts, or packing supplies.

I'm a Hutterite artist. Would you consider selling my prints?

We're always interested in showcasing other Hutterite artists and would be open to seeing what kind of artwork you create. Our catalog has a specific standards of quality and style and not all artwork may be suitable to add to our collections.

Are your books available in bookstores?

Yes! Many of our books are available at bookstores across Canada and the US. If you are the owner of a store that is interested in selling our books, contact us.
