Not covered under warranty:
Normal wear and tear, misuse and accidental damage, natural events or acts of nature, quality and accuracy defects in images provided by the customer.
Books
Warranty may be claimed at any time. Covers manufacturing defects, missing pages, printing errors, and shipping damage.
Returns allowed within 30 days of purchase. Books must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
CDs
Warranty must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
Covers manufacturing defects such as skipping, playback errors, and shipping damage.
Returns allowed within 30 days of purchase. CDs must be unused and in original packaging.
Photo Paper Prints, Canvas Prints, Vinyl Decals
Warranty must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
Covers printing defects and shipping damage.
No returns allowed. All sales are final.
Wood-Mounted Collection, TRIO Collection, Multi-Panel Collection, Canvas Frames, Farmhouse Frames, Clocks*
Warranty must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
Covers printing defects, manufacturing defects, and shipping damage.
*For the clock movement and hands, warranty must be claimed within 12 months of purchase. Covers manufacturing defects (i.e. timekeeping errors), and shipping damage. Replacement parts can be purchased at a reduced price after the warranty period has ended.
